Services
Copy editing will consist of correction of typos, grammatical or spelling errors, and syntax. We’ll scan for internal logic and plot consistency. If editing graphical work, we will check for readability of typography against background. If not provided, we will create a style guide for the proofreading process that follows.
Proofreading will consist of a thorough look through for grammatical and spelling errors, subject-verb agreement, and word usage. Any errors will be flagged for your review, during which you will accept or decline the changes. We will follow a provided style guide. If one was not created, we can coordinate to make one.
Need both? We can combine both services to provide you with the same thorough proofreading and copyediting you’d get separately. If a style guide is not provided, you can help us make one, or we can make it for you. We’ll be sure to maintain style consistency and keep an eye out for the best and easiest readability of your content.
